Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Important Information

Please kindly note:
Guests' reservation must be guaranteed through a valid credit card (Netcard not accepted) upon its confirmation. The card holder must be a check-in guest.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the card holder shall present the same card used for verification. If such card cannot be presented, payment must be settled through another credit card or in cash.
Third party's credit card or payment is not accepted.
The hotel may contact the credit card holder for verification purpose.
Guests are required to provide their estimated arrival time at the time of booking, especially for those who are planning to check in after 18:00.
The extra bed fee does not include any meals.
